By purchasing any of my services, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.

Commissions are digital, and will be digitally delivered. No physical product is shipped.

I do not send WIPs (Work in Progress updates) unless specifically requested, so please tell me upfront if you would like to receive them, at no additional cost.

Minor revision requests are allowed up to a maximum of three (3) times. Any further requests will incur additional fees.

Revision requests are allowed for up to seven (7) days after the final commission is delivered. This is because I sometimes delete/merge file data after I am done working with it. Revisions will no longer be feasible past this point.

You may not alter or edit your commissioned artwork without my consent. Altering includes, but is not limited to, cropping/removing signatures, having another artist add on to it, animating it, drawing over it, etc.

I reserve the right to decline a commission. This is usually if I feel I cannot draw your character well.

Always credit me with a tag/link to my Bluesky (@ierayc.bsky.social) when using my work.

Payments are to be made through VGen, unless stated otherwise.

Payment is made in full and paid upfront. I will not start the commission if payment has not been received.

I reserve the right to charge additional fees for detailed characters or props.

I reserve the right to charge additional fees for requested commercial use.

If there is a specific deadline you want me to meet, inform me when placing your order. I will let you know if I can meet it. I reserve the right to charge additional fees for deadlines.

By default, commissions are for personal/non-commercial use of the client only.

Commercial use (e.g. Twitch assets such as, but not limited to, emotes, alerts, and overlay graphics) can be negotiated, but will incur additional fees. You must inform me when placing your order if you intend to use the artwork for commercial use. The original purpose of the commission must be maintained. Violation of this clause may result in all usage rights being revoked.

Only I, the artist, have full copyrights over my artwork. Unless the client requests otherwise, I reserve the right to stream the process of the commission, as well as use/post the commissioned work as means to promote and expand my portfolio. Credit will be given to the client if I post their commissioned work.

An NDA can be requested if the client wishes for the commissioned work to be either completely private or temporarily private until a specified date. I reserve the right to charge additional fees for NDAs.

You may not sell or produce merchandise using any of my work.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), blockchain, or cryptocurrency platforms. Such usage is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action taken.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or AI/ML Training. Such usage is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action taken.

The commission cannot be cancelled or refunded once I have already started it. My progress can be publicly tracked on my Trello board.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. If I cancel your commission, you will be refunded the full amount paid.

Chargebacks are not permitted under any circumstances.

I will DM you as soon as my commissions reopen.

Waitlisted clients are guaranteed slots.

Once you receive a slot, you will be removed from the waitlist. However, you may ask to be put on the waitlist again.
